BIO

Paula started cooking as a little girl with her grandmother Picho Mallmann who taught her the love for food and flowers.

 

At 16 she started an apprenticeship at Los Negros, with her uncle, Francis Mallmann in Jose Ignacio and has been working in the food industry since then.

 

She has worked as a chef, restaurant manager, food stylist, tv show producer and restaurant advisor.

 

Today Paula  runs her own company for private chef services and is starting an organic farm in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay.

 

She loves healthy food, practicing ashtanga yoga and being in contact with nature.
